Minutes of Monthly Meeting May 13, 2004

Call to Order 7:45

Roadhouse has not provided the meeting room as arranged for. Many apologies.

Ken will try to verify meeting room accommodations for next month. We are still taking suggestions for other meeting places.

Thank you from the President to several members for the efforts towards the club.

Old Business:

Z-Fest Judging of cars. It was decided, after consulting Jim Peters who was this years organizer of the car show, that the word of the judges is final and that we are not going to react to complaints from participants. It is a volunteer thing and we do the best to apply accurate guidelines.

Package for the sponsors: Letter of thanks, CD, 2 or 3 shirts and hats.

To potential sponsors and magazines for next year; A CD of the event.

New Business:

Tanya will get new club cards with telephone number for contact

Al is taking suggestions for activities:

A road cruise with lunch

Picnic

Can we put a place on our internet site to post activities that we would like for other club members to know about?

examples: car show, track night, engine building party, barn raising.
