: Passed - She missed April meeting.
Treasurer’s
Report: Transfer has not been completed from Clark to Mark but is in the works.
Clark is ready to retire from that position. Scott Blankenship needs reimbursing
and the site has been paid for the year.
Communications: Nick and John are going to arrange time to
look at the internet site. John has
requested pictures from the membership.

information on 2 - 240 Z’s for parts cars
Fl. Z Assoc. has bought a 1972 240 Z project car to be auctioned at 2007 National Event
Looking for sponsors for parts to do a semi-restoration.
Scott B, Scott A.
(CFZC) and Jim Peters from the (Tampa Club) went to the National ZCCA Event in
Texas as observers and to learn what the Fl Z Association would need to
accomplish in putting on the 2007 Nationals.
They put on a very good show, well organized lots of help and good
execution of the agenda.
Mike Taylor was their liaison with Nissan and gave a party Sun. night known as Mad Mike’s
Mix n’ Mingle - Mon. Registration, Keg and Clean - Tues. Car Show - Wed. Auto X & Track
Event - Thurs. _____ - Fri. Was a Road Rally & Closing Ceremonies The 2
Clubs and the Japanese Dignitaries got honorable mention all winners of the car
show were announced on a projection screen. Thought it was 250 cars for the
show along with the ones shipped from Japan.
Z Days Z’s in North Carolina was thought to have had 400 cars in their
show.
Old Business: The separation of the Fl. Z Association and
the Central Fl. Z Club is complete. The new club will continue to support
Special Olympics of Fl. They will also be putting on the future Z Fest’s and State events
New Business: Fl. Z Association is meeting June 24 to
finalize Z Fest 2006 Chris Wenzel has
opened negotiations with Sebring for the location. and Scott B. has
reported that they are contacting all Nissan dealers is Fl. for support. We are
still being asked to be a host club.
Events: Cruise to Don Garlitz museum in Ocala, on Saturday,
July 8, we will meet at the Winter Garden Plaza at the corner of Dillard
& Highway 50
