Call to order 7:45 PM by Ken Cordero

 

Attendees: Tanya and Chris, Scott Blankenship, Al Amato, Skip and Cherie, Ken Cordero

and Mel.

 

Guests: Mark Thomas, Dave Levertt, and John Perone

 

Internet Site: Ken talked with John in December and our site has a virus. (Spam)

Al is going to check on prices to hire someone to maintain our internet site.  John has given us a good start but is very busy right now and is not getting the input he would like.

 

Tanya, Club Dues: It’s that time again.  For now the current dues will stand.

            We will take up the amount of dues in March.  A budget will have to be worked to determine the funds needed to operate the club.

Will pay as you go for the activities that are planned.

Membership drive: Enhance the reasons for joining a club: Have a membership packet including a subscription to Sport Z Magazine, decals, a club shirt, club business cards. 

Plan  more activities and tech sessions.

Possibly need to open communication with the newly forming OZOC. They meet in the Publix Parking lot every other Sat.

 

Z-Fest information: South Florida Z Car Club Best site.  They are exceptional.

Tickets will be given with registration, name and number on 1 half put in for drawing.

            Numbers will be drawn and posted on a board for the attendees to check their own tickets

            They will present the tickets at the claim table

Supplies: Duct tape, String, Cones, pencils, pens, scissors, and notepads

 

We will have a work day on Saturday, Feb. 19th at Scott Blankenship’s  (Hopefully)

This will be to get the bags stuffed, tagged with the name tag and alphabetized

 

Meeting for Feb 10th  will be at the regular time at Tony Roma’s instead of Roadhouse Grill
